Problem Solving w/ Zak Maytum

9:00am to 12:00pm: Group Session- understanding equine behavior and how to help your horse through issues that may arise. Participants should arrive prepared for groundwork and (if your horse is under saddle) mounted instruction. ($75/participant, limit of 15) 

1:00pm to 6:00pm: Private Sessions (ie trailer loading, leading up, hoof handling, haltering, hooking on, reactiveness, pushy horses, etc) ($100/participant, limited to 5) 

Auditors welcome! $25/for the whole day

All levels and all horses welcome, in hand or under saddle.

Insight Equine’s mission is to explore the infinite possibilities of harmony between horse and rider while maintaining equine welfare in all areas.  Every behavior has an explanation and our job as the trainer/instructor is to help horses and riders connect by being comfortable in their bodies, at peace in their minds, and able to communicate in a language of mutual respect, trust, and understanding. 

Chiara has decades of experience coaching riders in classical equitation and and horsemanship. She is passionate about teaching and focuses on horse and rider biomechanics and building the horse/human partnership.

Zak is passionate about quality in horsemanship. He specializes in foundational training to give young horses the best chance at success in their future careers and helping troubled horses find renewed value in being with humans.
