9am-11am: Sydney Burt of Equusmiles has been practicing Neuro Muscular Dentistry since 2008 and will take you through a presentation on the importance of proper euro muscular dentistry why to balance the equine mouth, how teeth progress with age, adjusting feeding with the aging horse and common misconceptions about teeth and equines.
11-1pm: Dr. Diane Wagner of Elemental Equine Services takes a holistic approach to equine veterinary care. Utilizing acupuncture, chiropractic and other complementary therapies, Dr. Diane is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of all horses from a holistic point of view, balanced with her conventional veterinary medical knowledge, to achieve proper balance of body, mind and spirit.
1:30-3:30pm: Philip Himanka of Not Only Barefoot is a leading hoof care practitioner who utilizes hoof boots, glue-on’s and barefoot trimming techniques that will give your horse the balance they need for their overall health and well-being. Philip enjoys educating horse owners about all aspects of the equine hoof and how to best support their equine companions with trimming, nutrition and care.
3:30-5:30pm: Chiara Poscente of Insight Equine teaches horse and rider biomechanics with a focus on the horse/human partnership and specializes in foundational training in young horses and mental and physical rehabilitation in horses of all ages. Chiara is a certified instructor, certified equine ergonomist, and is working toward certification in equine bodywork. She will dive into the horse and rider physical connection with the saddle as they interface.
