Saturday, September 25th- TIP Challenge & demos (8am-7pm)
Sunday, September 26th- Open Show (9am-2pm) & Burro Bonanza (2pm-5pm)

+ Open Show Participants: we will be accepting “day of” registrations
+ Burro Bonanza: Registration is now closed.

+ RV Camping: reservations must be made before September 17th. Spots with electric and water hookups $25/day…first come, first served. (because of time of year, water may need to be turned off)
+ Stall Rentals: If you are bringing a horse, you must rent a stall as there is no trailer tying allowed at the venue. All shavings will need to be purchased at the venue, no outside shavings or bedding is allowed. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their own stalls during show. Burros, you’ll have shared paddocks space adjacent to the Grandstands Arena, you will not need to rent a stall, unless you plan on spending the night, then you will need to rent one.
+ Vendors: if you or someone you know would like to set-up a vendor ($40/day) or informational booth about their organization (nonprofits are free), email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
+ No pets are allowed within the Estes Park Events Complex.
+ We will be showing in the Grandstands and you will have access to the warm-up arena and Arena 5 at any point during the day. We have Barn T & U reserved for this event. You will come in through the Entrance marked on the map below, check-in, then drive to the Barns to drop off your horse or burro, then continue on to the trailer parking to park your truck and trailer. Printing out this map and keeping in your truck is a good idea 🙂
