Horizon’s K-8 school presentation

GEMS took a trip into Boulder yesterday with Spirit, our Utah Mustang and Ambassador Ito, one of our Burros. They left quite an impression on the kiddos. We did a slideshow presentation in the classroom for about 45 children on the history, importance and why we need to support and protect the Mustangs and Burros as well as some time outside with the boys from the ranch. It was a fun afternoon and the kids left with a whole different perspective on these animals. Our community outreach program is officially underway!
