Project Description
Nourish: Rejuvenating Self-Care for Your Body, Mind, Heart and Soul with Kate Shipp
Enjoy 3 days of relaxation & rejuvenation! Two daily yoga practices, one to awaken and enliven, and one to heal and restore. Daily meditation, talking circles, time in nature, connecting with horses, and creating sacred space for your own reflection and journey. This is a time for you to take care of you, and get back to a place of grace and ease in your body, mind, heart, and soul.

About Kate Shipp, ERYT500
Kate is a 500ERYT, with over 1600 hours in formal yoga training. She holds certifications in Yoga, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Nidra. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, an Intuitive Medium, and a certified Mind, Body, Spirit Practitioner.
Her students and clients refer to her as a Spiritual Coach, blending the worlds of humanity and spirituality through the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and energy medicine. She believes in Spiritually Embodied Living, where the body is the vehicle of insight and awareness, and through the connection of mind, body, heart, and soul, great transformation can be created with grace and ease. A joyous life is available to all who are willing to seek the inherent wisdom and light that resides within the heart.
She is the Director of Yoga Education & Yoga Advisement at The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. There she also teaches the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program, and the Transformational Yoga Coaching class.
She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University.
