PACHO

Pacho has received various training at home over the course of the past 7 years and a period of intensive training offsite for 5 months. He is great with his feet, an excellent veterinary patient--a fantastic citizen all around. He is excellent at being ponied and is very responsive with his yields. He loves to be led along trails, and Pacho has worked with many obstacles and evolved into an amazing horse. While he has been backed, he has proven to be reactive under saddle. It may be possible to work through this issue over time.

Pacho is friendly and goofy, yet intelligent, complex, and sensitive. He is incredibly sweet and charming; he loves people. He loves to be groomed and loved on. A quirk of Pacho is that he enjoys getting involved in the training of his herdmates -he will happily demonstrate his tricks and behaviors for them. Socially, Pacho seems to get along with everyone, but he does tend to bond with geldings more. He has consistently been the low man on the totem pole. While he is playful with his herd mates, he can often be spotted enjoying alone time.

Pacho is a very energetic individual and would excel at aiding in therapeutic practices. He loves to learn and would be best suited for an owner who might want to explore liberty work, trick training. and/or enjoy taking him on ground adventures.
