Shadow the Mustang embodies a quiet wisdom, a presence as mysterious and steadfast as twilight. We released Shadow to be with the sanctuary herd in 2021, he came to us as an owner relinquishment and had not come around to training or domestic life. We took him in to honor his want and will to live wild. A reminder that not all mustangs can be trained or want to live amongst our domestic ways of life. Thankfully, we had a spot for him to live wild and free.
