silver flower - wild sanctuary herd member
Silver Flower, Tanner, and Wind Chime—ancient spirits of the Spanish Mustang lineage—are the living embodiment of unity, harmony, and the delicate balance between strength and gentleness. Silver Flower graces the herd with timeless wisdom and elegance, Tanner stands as a brave guardian with a heart full of courage, and Wind Chime brings lightness and joy like a gentle breeze through the plains. Together, they are a testament to the power of community, showing us that true resilience grows from the bonds we forge and that each individual spirit adds to the brilliance of the whole. Their journey is a reminder to walk through life with love, loyalty, and the enduring strength that comes from standing together.

Foaled in 2002, Silver Flower has been able to be by her mother’s side for her entire life, until 2022 when her mother passed away peacefully surrounded by the rest of the Sanctuary Herd. Her and her half sister, Wind Chime, stay close to one another as they’ve also lived together since birth. Silver Flower has unique brindling on her left hip and displays all the primitive, Spanish markings such as leg barring and the dorsal stripe.
